so summer is officially over, says the calendar but living in the south that was hardly the case. We usually slipped fall and went straight to winter. But that didn't happen sometimes til November. This is not the case in nc. Cool evenings and even cooler mornings. I'm in love. My favorite time of year is the few weeks during the season change. And now that I have become a coffee drinker the change in weather makes it even more enjoyable. Boots, scarfs, sweaters, Christmas, family, long socks, heated blankets, smuggling to keep warm... All things I look forward to!
