Just like papa!

Elle came in the living room as papa was studying and she sat by him with a book in hand then put an open book on the floor... looked at papa and said I'm just like you papa!

The fair is here!

We took a night off and went to the fair. We were meeting others there so we went a little early to let Elle go through the kids area.
We saw cows, chickens, rabbits, turkeys, horses, goats, and so much more. They even had a section for bees. SOOOO cool. Ate way tooo much!

She loved it!

I don't like marshmellows.

Elle asked for something to eat so like a home mother I fixed lucky charms... lol. She brought it back to me and asked me to eat all the marshmellows...! I asked her again what she said not for sure I believed what I heard. Yes I was right. She then said... but I do like the white ones for hot chocolate milk. Those are good for me... lol.

So I ate the marshmellows... lol.

Enjoyed my day off!!!

Started off by watching Wrc live and folding 3 loads of clothes,

 was so nice to have my hubbys help. 

But someone else also helped.

Sorry for the fuzzy pictures. Trying not to let her see me take them.

Day by day she is growing us and becoming such a beautiful little girl.

Later ryry came to visit and when I made Elle lay down on the couch

 ryry joined her and within 10 minutes they were both asleep.

all in all a beautiful day!

Big day for miss Elle!

When I picked up my daughter from her Nana's 

she was sleeping on the bathroom floor... 

And I spaced it and didn't get a picture. :'(

Anyway so had to stop by the store to get some items for dinner and she was such a good little girl.

She asked "can I help with dinner?" I said "of course!" we had tacos and Mexican rice.

She helped tear the lettuce into small pieces and helped stir all items

including rice, meat, sour cream, mild and hot salsa and shredded cheese... Lol.

She is a little stirring queen.

we then took our baths and she got a mini trim.

she wanted to check it out in the mirror then she decided she didn't like it so I pretended to attach it back together. She ran to check that out in the mirror and told me it looked better "timmed"... Lol. So we retrimmed it.

Oh root canal, how I despise you.

Just now leaving the dentist for the third time and still not done. I had the same student but different doc over seeing. Needless to say things were a lot less painfull this time. Wondering if these doctors have their own practice or are view just school dentist? something to find out. The words "just bear through it never came out me his mouth!"

have to go back Thursday... Sigh. 

I will be so glad when this is over!

Just another day... I think.

so summer is officially over, says the calendar but living in the south that was hardly the case. We usually slipped fall and went straight to winter. But that didn't happen sometimes til November. This is not the case in nc. Cool evenings and even cooler mornings. I'm in love. My favorite time of year is the few weeks during the season change. And now that I have become a coffee drinker the change in weather makes it even more enjoyable. Boots, scarfs, sweaters, Christmas, family, long socks, heated blankets, smuggling to keep warm... All things I look forward to!

New Beginnings

September 4th was the first service of our meetings here in Cary. It was different then any meeting we have had. Ever. The joy and excitement of what we could see happening was so thick. I am out me my comfort zone more then I've ever been but have such peace. I know things are right where view are suppose to be.

So proud of my husband and who he is. I wouldn't trade our ups and downs for anything because even though it wasn't man's plan I know He has a plan.

My heart is steadfast waiting and ready for more and more of His kingdom.

I know there is more!

It's been a year!

Oh my... Got a little distracted by other things and business, work and just life. So I am starting over. Here we go!
